DOM PANINO LIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Menu selection & costs
There is a minimum spend of $3,500 for Dom Panino Live - this includes a $1,000 set up, travel and labour fee (NB: additional travel fees apply for locations beyond 45min travel time). This fee is there to make sure everything runs seamlessly on the day - it covers the behind the scenes prep in the lead-up, our travel time and costs, arriving at least 1.5 hours early to set up, pack down and a thorough clean up of our service area afterwards. It also ensures we have a fully staffed team, ready to give your guests the best possible experience.The remaining $2,500 (and any amount above) of the minimum spend can be put towards food. Attached is our Live Catering pricing list – from here you can select the mix of panini, pasta, and sfinci donuts as a dessert - or just one type of station if you like. You can also add salads and plates from our regular catering menu - these won't be made live, but will be brought ready on the day.
Venue requirements
Power
We require either the ability to use gas (which we will supply) or power supply - we will supply all electric and gas cooking appliances.Footprint & set up space
Footprint: We require an approx. 3x3 space to set up for Dom Panino Live either indoor or outdoor (outdoor areas must be covered).
Service area:
Option 1: Access to a kitchen at the venue / home that also has an island bench in front, and a bench behind (with stove, bench space, etc.)
Option 2: A service bar, either one supplied by the client, (Example 1, Example 2), or a white service bar hired from Dom Panino for $250 (which we will bring on the day), with another table (e.g. trestle / island) behind for storage
Access to a fridge & running water
Styling
Here is a video of an event we catered with our live panino, pasta and sfinci donut stations. If you would like this styling - butcher's paper, bowls with vegetables, condiment vases - we are able to provide this at no cost. Otherwise your own styling is perfect, just please ensure we have the same approximate working bench space as in the video.Consumables & service staff
A note that the catering spend does not include consumables such as napkins, plates, and cutlery - consumables are the responsibility of the client, unless otherwise organised for Dom Panino to provide at a cost. We do however, bring serving utensils.We will also clean our service area thoroughly, however we do not provide general venue cleaning or dishwashing services. All service ware and equipment provided by us will be managed by our team, however any additional cleaning or washing outside of our station will remain the responsibility of the client/venue.
